Custom playlist cover:
The playlist created by user now has a special cover.
The cover for a new playlist will be generated randomly when you create, you could also choose your own cover in the custom cover editor.

Fixed the cached episodes error;
- Fixed the programme details displaying error when sharing a playlist;
- Tap the podcast cover to jump over to the episodes list;
