One of the worst mobile banking service in Bangladesh. They have lots of problems. And there custom care services are also very poor.
Apps problem
Your apps shows error and says need to update after update it’s shows same thing when I’m going to login. And it’s have huge problem when i need to recharge or send money it’s crushed. Need more improvement for ios user.
Merchant pay and Bill not working.
Features are not working, even Merchant pay and Bill pay. It says “This feature is coming soon”. Then why should I use this fintec app. Most of the promotions are offered are fake

Disappointing!
Though it has an option to save the Visa card for future use during the add money option, it actually doesn't work. And when I have tried to add money from my card today, it shows continous error and I opted to go to the other option(you better know what) and used it pretty easily.

Stop spam notifications
Stop sending notifications more than one time a day.
Didn’t get the notifications. Only gets when i open the app

No back option in My Profile section
Its all fine to use Nagad app in iOS. But when I go to My Profile option where profile photo and name update option is there, I cant go back or Discard the update of my info. On that section App stuck and cant move anywhere in the app.
Remove the underline in the 'PEOPLE' option
At the 'PEOPLE' option, under the search box there is a bold underline. That make the PEOPLE page so cheap. Remove that underline. Other options are just too cool. Keep it up.
Cheated customers by suspending their accounts and holding the refund money of e-commerce site
They have cheated us….suspended our accounts and we are unable to cashout or have our own money
