Choose the right context for your tasks: the location (@home), situation (@team-meeting) or person (@partner) required to do the Next Action. Plan complex Projects where you need to track more than the next action in a separate app. Add the to-dos to DoNext as they become next-actions. Decide the next-action for each item in your inbox. Schedule time specific task with deadline in your calendar. For all ASAP tasks use DoNext. Make DoNext your major source of todos for deciding what to do next.
