The way to let the buds out of u accidentally set it wrong

Just let the wrong bud towards the floor and use a hand to slap the other side. Then the buds will be out cuz the small lock inside will be loosen by the vibration occurred through the Force...

Or u can use any other methods that make the vibration and let it out.

Ps. Not recommended to use forcible and rude methods like using screwdriver...Cuz I’ve tried and nothing happen except the surface was destroyed, though I’m really careful. Lol

Amazing product

This product is really ahead of it’s time. It’s really cool and awesome! I can’t give it 5 stars for one reason. The second day I had this the right earbud popped out without me knowing and it fell out, lost the the void. Just be cautious because your hand might just click your earbud out of place. Besides that it has really amazing features, like measuring sleep and heart rate. Great work on this product guys!

Sleep tracker does not work

Buds are amazing! Although they could be louder, the quality so top notch. Heart rate and other functions are awesome too, but my only issue is that it tracked my sleep the first day and then never again

Issues

Whenever i press the walking running or cycling starts they never record distance or average pace. Ill start walking and the duration will go up like it should, yet the miles stays at 0.00 and will not go up and the average pace will never be set.

Heart rate/Sleep Analysis

Everything working fine except the heart rate and sleep analysis. They are not reading either right now.

The heart rate needs to be manually detected by clicking on the bracelet, please enter the heart rate menu and click, it will work; sleep, you need to wear the bracelet at night, you can view your sleep data on the app the next day. if your issue still, please contact us support@myaipower.com
