Perfect

Automatically tracks fasts. There are presets for the most common types of fasts with built in optional notifications for when to begin and end based on presets. I love the fact that you can decide to end a fast and also delete it. (For those fasts when you just can’t make it and you don’t want the failure in your stats.) Speaking of stats, the app tracks average weight optionally and automatically tracks average fasting hours over preset periods of a week, 2 weeks a year, etc. Worth more than the very optional purchase price. (Fully functional without ads for no cost. Very generous.) I paid the upgrade price because the app is totally worth it. Thank-you. :)

useful, minimalist

has everything i need without the annoying bloat features. the Telegram group is also cool to be able to contact developers directly.

It keeps getting better!

The developer is really putting in the work to make this app better and better.

One suggestion: caffeine tracker next to water tracker. A lot of people doing IF (me included) are drinking black coffee during fasting. It would be nice to track that also.

Things to improve

Wanted to give this app 5 stars but I can’t set weight lower than the app allows. Would be better if the app would give you a notification that it’s too low and blabla. But it simply stops you from moving forward.

Simple and intuitive. Free version is sufficient for me!

Love this app so far. One of the best free app to track your intermittent fasting schedule.
Other free apps always force you to switch to premium by limiting your tracking records. This one allows you to track, and even edit the schedule afterwards! It also shows you the statistics of whether you meet your goal on daily, weekly or monthly basis.
Highly recommend!

Waste of money

Paid £30 for this and all it does it time your fast. You can’t even enter when you have eaten to adjust time. Waste of money

I wish I could see all of the options

Slightly irritated that I cannot see all of the options completely on my screen. I would like an option that showed how many minutes I have left for my scheduled fast not just the color circle thing. It would be much better if it should be that I had 57 minutes left or 26 minutes left or whatever. And I would like to remove the OPTION about the water all together I don’t wanna look at that for me it’s unnecessary and I would rather have information that I was interested in, like how many minutes I have left.

Thank you for review! The app has both a graphical display of fasting/eating periods and a text display. Tapping on the time toggles forward/backward countdown. Water tracking is a functional part of the interface and cannot be disabled.

Good start

Been dieting on and off for years (like over a decade) and used a calorie counting. It mostly works but kept reading about fasting then saw this app on Twitter so installed it and giving it a go. Only one night down but looking good so far.

Simple and effective

I started fasting three weeks ago and this app has really helped me stay focused and keeps me aware of my hours on my fast.. I have shared it with many friends and I would rate it a “10 if that was possible”
