With the freeware version this app is by far the best home monitoring system. I cant attest to its security features, but it had three key things.
Longest clip size. 10 mins once you hit record. (10x longer than my number two app)
Best default resolution without subscription.
It can also record multiple cameras simultaneously.
Other cool features. Insane ability to customize the subscription for your needs. Ability to flip from front facing and rear camera. And not bombarding you in adds, which helps keep the app feeling clean.
I’m sure there are some draw backs and glitches that might annoy people, but after trying all the competitors, this one went out of their way to offer a better free experience.
Not full screen even after update. No tech support to contact. China based
When I first started using this app, it wasn’t that great but it was good. To be a free app, there’s limitations. So I purchase the “UPGRADE” for ONE YEAR which cost me almost $30 and it eliminated the ads and also it gave me the multi cameras. Everything was well, every other day could have a disconnection but could be fix nonetheless. When this app gave me the option to upgrade to the “AtHomePRO” everything started to go wrong!!! I all of the sudden stopped working. I didn’t have the “so call” features I supposedly had to have. Long short story, I got in contact with the worthless “customer service support” and they could not answer my main question, which is why they stopped my features?? I even sent them the receipt from Apple proving that I purchase there iCloud services and other features. Never got an answer. They only answer me with things that can be found in their website Q&A. Totally dissatisfied and disappointed. They seem to be somewhere in Asia, you may know what to expect from these people!! Is better to look elsewhere like Alfred or Anything’s. They sure help you out and CARE about you. SAFE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!

We have sent emails to you，but no feedback yet.At Home Pro now has green lines across screen when viewing At Home steamer on webcam. On Pro version with Apple iphone, now Pro blacks out video but on old version of At Home Viewer, I never had this problem.
I’ve used this for a while and love it but the store won’t allow you to purchase any cameras. You can’t click on anything
I’ve been using this for a couple months now on 5 phones, two iOS and 3 android. When I first started using it, It would send me alerts, but then it just stopped. I don’t know why couldn’t figure it out, assumed it was some trial or promo. I just upgraded to a paid version...not getting notifications it says you get, won’t support HD video as it claims, only upgrades one out of the 4 cameras, which I guess is my own fault. It doesn’t say you’re only upgrading one camera, but it also doesn’t say you are upgrading them all. And even though it has an option to transfer your paid service to another stream, it won’t let me. Overall. It’s an okay free multi cam viewer if you don’t want anything else (notifications) but it’s not worth the price to upgrade at all.
It works as good and even better than the last version!
I have had this account for 5 year and now it’s saying my account don’t exist? I have never used a Twitter or Facebook email or password for this account. That will never happen.
I used to never have issues with these apps and now they won’t even work. It’ll show my camera for 5 seconds then it will say my “request failed” and now I can’t even get in! I downloaded their new app that replaced the original at home camera and I can’t even log in. Super disappointed.

Welcome to feedback matters by email.The app is ok and works ok, but when I wanted to get the high resolution picture from my cameras I had to pay $19.99 for 3 months of this service and the cloud service. But after I purchased the upgrade from apple, I tried to use the high resolution setting on another camera and was told I had to pay an additional $19.99 for that camera also!! So if you have 4 cameras like me, they want $80 for 3 months of service!! What a f’ing ripoff!! I’m going to ask for a refund and find a non-Chinese owned app to use I’m thoroughly disgusted with this app and its developers!!
