I was surprised and dismayed to discover that the only habit this app will REALLY reinforce is that of typing out your list of desired habits to develop again and again and again every day, as there seems to be no scheduling or repeat feature.
I used it for a day, then moved to the next, and it was BLANK. This is about as helpful as listing your desired habits on a piece of paper each morning and putting checks by each one as you progress. Oh, wait, that would even be MORE HELPFUL, as you could just turn it into a chart to track your progress instead of re-writing everything out EVERY SINGLE DAY.
Very cute, if totally useless, app.
