Hard to get my team in. Impossible to keep them motivated after the first week
Everyone was excited to begin with. Half my team could not get in. Some powered through and were able to figure it out. Some never received the welcome email. My director and I submitted customer support tickets but have not heard back.
There is no apparent way to reset trophy counts. So once you do all of the drills you have to heat your last score to get additional trophies. I would love to assign a weekly winner but cannot.Show lessBeaver971234

What a truly well put together app to help children compete against themselves and others if they wish. Trying to achieve gold holds the attention more than just having your child practice an individual discipline or technique. Frustrating
Signed up, wasn’t able to access any content through the trial mode so thought I’d pay the subscription just to see what the content was like. payed the £3.99 monthly payment but still wasn’t able to access the content. Tried deleting the app and signing back in, still no joy and the app had then reverted to saying ‘trialling’ even though I’d kept the subscription going.Show lessbly84

Hi, We think that you haven't logged out of the parent portal and back into the child portal. The parent portal is a secure area where you can manage your child's access and difficulty level, but there aren't any videos for parents. Try logging out of your account and then login with the child credentials to resolve the issue. If you are still having problems, please contact us at help@toptekkers.club and we'll figure out what's happening!Not sure

The app is great and allows my son to challenge himself individually and set targets. The app is easy to follow and designed well. Clear breakdown of movements and skills using videos. Would highly recommend the app.Chris⚽️
