  • Not functional

    On the face of it a fantastic app. If only it actually worked….I have no idea how they are managing to be recommended and paid for on DSA when the notifications don’t even work which completely defeats the object of the app. Have constantly chased with the company to be fobbed off time and time again.

  • Truely awful

    This app is not fit for purpose. Data disappears without being deleted in the online version. (Oh & deleted data reappears.) Calibration with phone app is unreliable & today I had notifications for entries which had disappeared! This is not operator error as I performed these functions alongside learner support. Don’t know how they get away with Disability Support commissions!
