A step in the wrong direction from previous ER websites
Graphics are great but functionality for planning trips by the member (itinerary requests, dining options, activity options) is poor compared to the past.

Tremendously helpful while in residence
I used the app first in Telluride. It’s super intuitive and helpful in accessing your itinerary, house bill and communication with the concierge. Big thumbs up👍
