W momencie dodawania karty RDK, aplikacja wywala mnie i nie mogę dodać. Proszę naprawić ten błąd. Już usunąłem aplikację i ponownie zainstalowałem.

Terrible!
Compared to the old App this is absolutely tragic! The English translation begs for mercy with words like DELATE. The purchasing and payment system does not include Google Pay or Apple Pay. The pay with points function is tiny and non intuitive. There is no visible section on purchased tickets, not even a notification that they should come via email.
I say “should” because in the 3 attempts I made to buy tickets today:
1. The points system locked up and I couldn’t pay, had to close app which blocked my seats. Why not allow a user come back to the reservation process? Had to wait 15 minutes but didn’t use a stopwatch so my seats were taken.
2. The payment process kept trying to force to pay with a Mastecard.
3. After eventually picking alternative seats after a 2h cool-down so I would break my phone in half, I got to the BLIK step to pay for 5 tickets with points and one more with a transfer AND THE APP SAID: “oops something went wrong, would you like to try again?” But pressing the confirmation button just caused the app to cancel my transaction. MY POINTS ARE GONE, MY MONEY BLOCKED AND THE LADY IN CUSTOMER SUPPORT TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD GET THEM BACK, BUT NOT TILL MONDAY!!!
THANKS MULTIKINO, FOR UPPING YOUR TICKET PRICES 2X and F…ING UP THE APP SO I HAVE TO TELL MY KIDS “NO MOVIES THIS WEEKEND”. I THINK WELL JUST GO TO SILVERSCREEN AND SAVE SOME MONEY!
