Update: I got the app working better and thanks Andre for replying to my initial review and attempting a refund. I upped to 3 stars since I’ve been able to perform and record some tests. If the interface said test below 70% charge rather than 90%, it would solve a lot of initial headaches. How is the user supposed to know that if the app doesn’t say? Also, the tests taking >10 to 20 minutes is a long time to wait when you can’t navigate away from the app during the test. Having an estimated countdown timer or a progress bar come up after 2 or so minutes would be helpful to decide whether to continue or abort for another time. Tried on 2 chargers and it didn’t work on either. My wireless charger charged my phone from 70% to 100% with the test running and the app didn’t record anything. I tried another plug-in charger at battery 87% and the battery icon showing charging. The app says the phone must be charging (check) and the battery must be below 90% (check). The test wouldn’t even start.

Hello.
Please try running tests when your device is discharged below 70% if you are on iOS 17. Apple added several changes that will result in slower tests and need more total discharged percentage of your device battery in order to work. Unfortunately we could not persuade Apple support to reverse this change back in iOS 17. regards, Andre
