At first I had no issues using the service until today. Unfortunately my dry cleaning from fitted was missing. The drop off driver left my items at the wrong house and when I walked over to see if was there, It wasn’t there. My husband and I contacted customer service and after going back and forth, the owner pretty much pointed the finger at us - stating that theft can happen. Yes I am sure if can happen but if the driver left my items at the correct house, there would’ve been less of a chance of anyone taking it. He didn’t apologize at all for the situation itself. No empathy was so ever. He didn’t want to help us with a solution. The items dry cleaned were not cheap and he said he can only reimburse $100 (!!!). The customer service was very disappointing. Please beware that if anything happens to not expect exceptional customer service. So sad.
