Contacted customer, have not received response.

Absolute scam!

This app is a complete scam do not download! They allow you to do a free 14 day trial, and then take £89.99 off you at the end of it without any way to get your money back AFTER cancelling the trial early!
They’re uncontactable, do not respond to any emails, and as they take the money direct rather than through Apple you can’t get it back. I’m currently in the process of having my bank investigate this as fraud to refund my money as after they took £89.99 out of my account, their website vanished for 3 days. Apple are aware that this app is a scam and are also investigating.

Struggling to get support

I thought cancelling the subscription through apple would mean I wouldn’t be charged anymore, but there was another different way of cancelling the subscription that I wasn’t aware of, so I would like to request a refund as I thought I was no longer subscribed to this app. I’ve emailed support but I haven’t gotten a response and there is no other way to get help with this, as Blueheart takes your money directly and not through Apple.

Can’t Log In

This app is a great idea but every time I try to use it, I can’t log in. Purchased a month yesterday and haven’t even been able to use it. I tried emailing support and got a delivery error email in response.

Authentication failed

"The authentication has failed, please try again later." On Day 2 of paying for the app. Please fix or I'll be requesting refunds for me and my partner.

App stopped working

I was loving this app so much that I paid for the premium. All of a sudden one day, the app logged me out. Each time I would try to log in, even when I changed my password, I would get an error button. I tried contacting support via email and their email bounced back. Now, none of their webpages online is opening. This is giving fraud and i will definitely be asking my bank for my money back.

Loved but now needs work

I love this app. It has helped my relationship significantly, however the app has now been extremely glitchy. Tasks completed from yesterday are still registered the next day. So when you complete the current day’s tasks, it doesn’t register. Then mid day, it says you have 0/50 points completed despite doing everything: journal, article, partner question, and couple’s course. It can be very frustrating. I do have screenshots if needed.

PSSD

This app does not help with PSSD

It’s ok

It’s ok for having to get thru some therapy with your partner but there is no way to tell how far along your partner is progressing other than asking. Maybe if the app had a way to tell where each other were in their progress that would be helpful

Sessions keep disappearing

Sessions in each chapter keep appearing and disappearing. I’ve contacted support but they haven’t got back to me yet. I’ve offloaded the app, reinstalled, restarted my phon t no avail. I’m also paying £60 for the pleasure!
