i faxed the same FILLED OUT paperwork twice, but it sent blank paperwork… i don’t even have a copy of the BLANK paperwork.

Great go to app that allows a free three day trial to navigate. Great the developers allow a chance to walk through to get the feel for the full fax experience. Just needed something simple for personal use and so far so good. Thank you
