Someone should look into why this app doesn’t function
Outside of Ireland and can’t gain access to my account. All of the advice to fix the issue is useless. The phone authentication confirms the process is complete but the computer used to access the account will not recognise the fact. At a time like this I would expect better support from a bank should be forthcoming.Show less:~\
Doesn’t work. At all.
First of all I had to go through weeks of unnecessary crap to get my online banking set up. Now I can’t log into it because this app is required to authenticate log in and it doesn’t work. It’s almost 2020 EBS. Get with the times and pay someone to create an app that actually works. 🙄 oh and you might wanna make it less hassle to set up online banking in the first place while you’re at it.Show lessDeathcattt
