This is our first major update. We have expanded the type of workouts that are available by adding strongman workouts, powerlifting workouts, bodyweight workouts, weightlifting workouts, and endurance workouts. We have also added the ability to review your workouts and save the information for your future reference. Also, big changes have been made to the design in order to improve the user's experience with the app.
