Not User Friendly
I like the idea of this app, however the set up and functionality of this app are not good. I am using this app to keep track of the books I read to my toddler and it is honestly so much effort! When trying to add books that we have added to her book bank it is almost impossible to find them! Once you do scan the book it takes forever to show up in your “book bank”. If you want to read a book multiple times it seems like you have to scan it and add it back to your bank before you can select that you read that book again. There’s also no way to search while selecting the book you read so you just have to scroll down until you find the one you are looking for, if it is even still in your bank - which most of the time it isn’t.
I would love for this app to be more user friendly and easier to use.

It kicks me off.
Every time I go click on a reader, it kicks me off of the entire app. I’ve updated my phone and the app to the most recent updates. And it is still doing it.
Doing Well
The sign up process is pretty fast and straight forward. Be sure to have a code and once in, the menu icon at the top left of the app has a lot of tools in it and is easy to miss. Good app for what it's doing.

I was shocked that the app downloaded and worked just fine on m old iphone 6 that my kid is using.

we have attempted winter reading programs in the past with bery little success. I made a suite of reading groups for winter and participation in 2022 is more than double 2021.

We love the Book Bank and the all-new barcode scanner. Excellent addition to an already good app.
