  • Great, but takes awhile.

    I've been shopping with bringko for about 1.5 years now, and I've noticed that as of recently it takes them a lot longer to process and ship out orders than before. I still use their services because it is undeniably convenient and there are a lot of things in Korea that still aren't available in the US, but it's a bit disappointing that they're not as speedy as they used to be. For contrast, before it used to take 1.5-2 weeks for a bringko order to arrive to my house whereas now it takes 3 or a bit longer. Also, sometimes I find it difficult adding products to cart or the add to cart button doesn't appear at all at times.

  • If you’re from the US, DO NOT PURCHASE THROUGH THIS APP

    They lure you in with the super cheap prices for cosmetic products, but then, as soon as you check out, you have to pay a $20 shipping fee (for the products within korea), a $10 agent fee, and taxes.

    That’s all fine, but they cap the number of products that you can buy per purchase at 10 items, and after you buy it, 3-4 of the items are suddenly “out of stock”. I asked customer service if I can replace any of the items I purchased after my third item became out of stock and they told me it wouldn’t be possible.

    The agent fee is $10 per purchase so it was kinda a waste to not get 10 items.

    Finally, after the agent rounds up all the products they can find in your order, bringko will send you an email asking for $40-$50!!! In order to ship it to the US. You don’t have an option to *not* pay it because if you don’t, they will keep the money you already paid for your order.

    It’s very deceitful what they do, so if you came here after Pauline Choi’s tiktok and thought this would be the place to buy all your kbeauty products, you should RUN ASAP. After this purchase, I’m deleting this app and banishing it to the 7th circle.

    Hi, this is Bringko. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.  About the issues addressed, Shipping in Korea costs you only when the seller requires it and you can find it when placing order. Also, agent fee is determined according to the number of purchased item. If you order a single item then the agent fee is $1 not $10. Also, since the product has to be processed via international shipping couriers there is international shipping charge on your product. Every order from Bringko is dispatched from Korea and thus international shipping fee is required unless they are international shipping free event order.   • Please have a translation feature

    I downloaded off a friend’s recommendation so I could order a specific product. I really hope they have a translation feature for those who are ordering from a different country. I used Google translate and had to do screen shots just to decipher how to create a log in and order my items. You would get more orders and bring in more revenue if a translation feature is added. It makes it easier for consumers.
