Welcome to our new app version! This update includes a new design and some new features to improve the user experience. The main app features are all within thumbs reach, and there is a new menu layout. Selfies are now displayed on the home screen and users can display either their own pet’s selfies or all submitted selfies. The new selfie leaderboard brings a fun, interactive way to learn about other pets that are also patients at our veterinary practice. The loyalty section now includes a loyalty card which can hold an unlimited number of paw stamps, and access to our reward store. We hope you enjoy our updated app features!

  • Not bad, not great

    Poorly designed with some glaring usability issues. No way to opt in/out of push notifications. It asks for Bluetooth control when wanting to use the camera features which is totally unnecessary. I guess if you look past those flaws, it’s pretty basic, but better than nothing. Seeing your pet profiles and upcoming appointments is useful. The rest of the app is fluff and you’re better off just visiting their website in Safari.
