Stole $45
This app took $45 right from my wallet. Then when I go to cash out the $5.60 these crooks left me with, The system tells me you cannot cash out anything under $10. How convenient. I then reach out to the admin and he basically tells me there’s nothing he can do thanks for your business. I got frustrated and asked that he refund my $5.60 cents he will not do a thing about the 45 that was stolen, there is currently no money refunded in my account and players lounge has locked my account.

You’ll undeservedly lose money
There’s scammers on here who’ll dispute a match they lost and if caught nothing happens. They need to have a ban policy on this but instead they let them roam free. I’ve lose money so many times in matches I won because I forgot to record and someone just disputes it to get it canceled.
The app is super glitchy too. So many bugs and the notification alerts are terrible which is not good when there’s time limits for you to act on things before you forfeit. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve searched for a match, tried to do something else on my phone, only to find out that a match was found and I forfeited with no alert. I shouldn’t have to put this much energy into making sure I don’t lose money for things that should be easy fixes.
Then when you contact customer service they do not care what so ever. It’s terrible.

Great App Highly Recommend
Perfect app to play online competitive games. Wagers they do take 10% as a middle man fee but that’s pretty standard. Tournaments hosted everyday and their PL+ subscription service gives you free entry into almost every event. What really makes this app great in their support team. Almost immediate responses and always extremely helpful. Never had an issue I couldn’t resolve with them. Fantasy group of people working there! Love this app!

THEY SAY ITS A ALGARARITHM BUT ITS HONESTLY A PERSON WHO CHECKS YOU STATS AND DOES WHATEVER TO MAKE SURE YOU LOSE .. . I PLAY FIFA AND HAVE BEEEN MADE TO BEAT MY OPPONENT BY ( 6 goals ) or I lose and THEN WHEN I DO LOSE THE POINT SPREAD STAYS AT SIX . IF YOU VOICE YOUR OPINION THEY WILL BLOCK YOU FROM TALKING TO THEM EVEN YOUR EMAIL .. THEY DONT FOLLOW THEIR OWN RULES AND IF THEY DONT AGREE WILL FREEZE YOUR FUNDS .. THEY TRACK YOUR PHONES LOCATION IP ADDRESS WVEN YOUR GAME CONSOLES IP AND LOCATION .. HONESTLY FEELS LIKE THE OWNERS ARE FROM RUSSIA OR SOMETHING.. when you win they will raise your level until it’s impossible .. THEY JUST WANT YOU TO KEEP PLAYING GAMES SO THEY CAN GET THERE 10 percent fee . ITS LIKE A MOB BOSS THAT DOESNT CARE ABOUT THE PLAYERS JUST COLLECTING THEIR FEES .. I LITERALLY HATE THIS APP

They need to fix the app I shouldn’t join every tournament and not even be close to winning every time
I’m not the best but these people they put me against have got to be cheating or a pro when I can play the game vs a random for fun I never lose as bad a I do like on this app
They should really take this review in to consideration bc I do enjoy playing tournaments for money but I can’t get no real fair competition every time I’m getting blown out in a rookie amateur new player and not even score or get close in score the entire game .

Different days is different type of service!
Tbh, the app is cool. The only app that has an option for 5 out so anybody who hate playing ppl who excessively uses it, this is the app for you! But then again, you deal with so much BULLS**T from players and the ADMIN. Don’t get me wrong, some are cool and genuine and the same every time they show service, but then you got guys who don’t really care or probably had a terrible day from how it seems like. Cause those same mean admin could be showing great service the next day, there’s maybe only 3 solid admin who really cares and show great service continuously.! But yeah, so much bill crap, players dispute matches and are posed to be fine but never get fined so they do it meaningless every time just to waste time! I get on this app often cause I’m used to it. But anyone new or who really doesn’t need to bet.! Shouldn’t use this app, you won’t be happy

Great App
Great App! Never had issues great for when I wanna play Fortnite for cash and it’s great that people can get different amounts it’s honestly better than the casino just bet on yourself and play Your game . Isn’t much that could go wrong as long as you have a strong internet connection to play competitive. Don’t blame the app for your old software or console.
