Fitloop User Reviews

used off and on for a few years now

the ui/ux around adding workouts has marginally improved. i wish there was a way for users to add to the database. i hope the project isn't dead.

Bodyweight fitness best app

I’ve used this on and off for several years now - it’s intuitive to use, has embedded videos that are very helpful, and connects to the Apple Health app. No complaints, highly recommended!

Very nice

Haven't noticed anything that puts the app done. Easy 1 2 no issues. Great app.

Really simple and straightforward

Feeds the instruction videos straight to you, logging is free, and just a really good option to follow the Reccomended Routine from /r/BodyweightFitness

Response from developer

Workout logging is now free!

An excellent app

The best app I’ve found for doing the Reddit recommended routine. It has an overall timer for how long the workout has been going, it has custom timers that operate within that timer, and each exercise can be punctuated by a quick timer.
It gives you your progressions in the form of skill trees, which is really cute and motivating. The whole app is intuitive to use.

Two things that could make it better:

1.) graphs! I’d love some alternate ways to visualize my progress.

2.) being able to edit existing workouts instead of having to make an entirely new one. The RRR defaults the Copenhagen planks to repetitions when it should be measured in seconds.

Hi, I’ve just released a fix where this should be resolved. If you are still having issues, please let me know via support@fitloop.app.

Promising app with dealbreaker

The app is exactly what i am looking for, however simple exercise logging (of the community workouts) is not loggab’e unless you subscribe to the pro version. A clear prompt would alleviate this bummer, but seeing this after a workout and being forced to discard it is a frustrating user experience. On the exercises front and ui, the app is however very clean and concise.

—edit—

I’ve adjusted the app to 5 stars as the dev just fixed the previous bug minutes after posting my 3-star review. The free plan is now very interesting for basic tracking, while I have yet to try the pro version.

Great for Recommended Routine

This app makes it super easy to follow the current iteration Reddit’s recommended routine. Simple, nice design, user friendly, uncomplicated. Has other routines as well, plus videos of each exercise and progression.

Just what I needed!

No adverts, no annoying restrictions, just a decent east to use app that does the trick!
Easy to use one of the many built in routines, or simply create to own!
Perfect!

Great app

I am real- this app rules.

Amazing app
