So bad very tempted to take business elsewhere
Why does the website look like it was made in the 90’s? Why is the app so bad? Freezes like crazy, can’t automatically take a photo of the check against a black background, can’t read the amount, says image quality is low when it is not, can’t deposit check. SVB go *REQUIRES* annoying and unreliable biometrics
Well, I used to love working with SVB, now they’ve complicated 2-factor authentication by REQUIRING biometric ID on the phone, which I think is unreliable and I don’t use. There is no work-around. Am looking into other options as we’re just starting up a NewCo and if we’re going g to change banks, now is the time. This is really disappointing as so much about SVB is better than other banking options.Show lessConfounded33
