cheap solution
this app come with the TAILG ebike but it needs data network to communicate with the bike, so it doesn’t work in a underground parking, and the bluetooth function is not very reliable either. Even the help desk phone number in the app nobody answer it when you call and if you contact TAILG, nobody speaks english. The bike itself is very cheap and is far from running 100 km in one charge. No recommended
