Wrong return times
I return the bike at 2:25 pm and it’s saying that I returned it at 4:58 pm. I hit the return bike button on the bike when I took it back at 2:25. They are trying to come an extra 2 hours.Shodanime

Doesn’t accept registration with a Japan issued VISA credit card. To make this app usable, NTT should accept Apple Pay. Otherwise their bikes can rust away unused!drake_malladity
登録出来ない
アメリカに住んでいて日本の携帯番号がなくて登録出来ません。外国人旅行者も多くて自転車で移動出来たらもっと日本旅行が楽しいと思います。うちの旦那はアメリカ人で東京、地方を自転車で走ってみたいと言うのですが去年も登録出来ず今年は出来るようになってるかなと思いましたがいまだに使えないとは残念です。どうか自転車を使わせてくださいOR-3

doesn’t work for foreigners
Unusable it wouldn’t let me create an account because I had a foreign cell number it wouldn’t accept. Couldn’t use it in Nagoya even though I wanted to 😕ethanahr
App Does Not Work but there is a workaround
It would not let me register and an error always popped up when I tried to get my sms number. There is no support page. Ridiculous.
If you are in need of using this service though, as it is the biggest in tokyo, you can hire a local on fiverr to accept your sms. Just search up “Japan, will do anything”. It worked for me, cost me 10 bucks.Voidscolor

Does not accept US phone numbers
The app does not accept US phone numbers and you cannot register. I put the phone number in like +12125551212, as instructed, but it didn't work. Too bad, because I really wanted to give them my money!rpalmer123
