  • KUDOS to Eagle FCU!!!

Eagle FCU’s services are superb!!! The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I haven’t had a problem with MY credit union in all the 40+ years I’ve been banking with Eagle FCU…since before it changed its name. KUDOS!!!
  • Cheap and poor customer service

I literally could not believe it when I confirmed that their only ATM in the Zachary area ( the one connected to their actual bank building) was closed down and physically removed. When I asked them why inside the bank, I was told that the ATM was not proving to be profitable and that it was too expensive. Wow !! Too expensive ?? If that isn’t a red flag I don’t know what is. I feel like it is a very slight step up from “storing my money under grandmaw’s mattress” or the “kitchen cookie jar”. On top of that, their staff just doesn’t seem very happy to be working there. They haven’t been particularly friendly or helpful the last several times I have gone in there.
