Perfect if you already have a routine

Honestly I love this app. I don’t have a lot of interest in extra features. I just want to track how much weight I’ve moved. I don’t mind having to scroll to find the next exercise, since I didn’t input them in order that’s entirely on me. I’m a creature of habit so I really should have added them in the order I do them. I also only have one “routine”, and I just choose from the list what I’m doing that day. Also really love that it shows the total weight for the workout, almost turns it into a game to see if I can beat my last “score”. I’ve recommended this app to several friends and will continue to! Thank you!!

Simple and effective

If you know your workout routine, this is probably the best app you will find. I tried many other apps including those that you have to pay subscription, but this is the most simple one to use. Also, I love how there is no subscription or payment.

Great basic app - exactly what I needed

I needed a simple app to track my workouts and this app works perfectly. There is no way to move around/change the order of the exercises or the workouts, so I’ve removed a star for this. I also wish there were more color options available for the workouts. With these two enhancements, this app would be five stars. Overall, though, I’m still very happy with it.

IT REMINDS ME OF MY OLD SIMPLE WORKOUT LOG APP FROM MY DROID DNA PHONE THAT IS 9 YEARS OLD AND STILL WORKING‼️

BUT I HAVE HAD AN iPHONE FOR SIX YEARS AND FINALLY I FOUND AN APP THAT ALLOWS ME TO STORE MY WORKOUT ROUTINE INFORMATION WITHOUT CHARGING $80❗️

Easy to use, no ad.

Clean UI, no ad, good, wish you could create your own exercise category.

Need more exercises please!

Great concept, but it needs more exercises!

I could do with dips, barbell row and hip thrusts please!

KG miscalculation

Select kg from the settings, log kg lifted, for some reason it converts to lbs in the log (but with unit kg against it).

Simple great but...

Latest update has screwed with the weight. Even when set to standard it adds extra weight!

Finally! A great progressive overload app

Had to stop by and say how good this is. Exactly what I was looking for. Track total pounds, time between workouts, and customize your routines to whatever you want if the in-built ones aren’t enough.
