It shows my husband left home but he’s in bed next to me. It’ll do this several times or show I’m at work but I’ll be home or vice versa on his phone, other then that it’s a good app.Hustlinmomma30

Hi there, thank you for your review! Your devices can sometimes send a location update that is not quite accurate enough, and if your home's place radius is too small, then you'll receive a notification about leaving home, you can prevent this by increasing your home's place radius a bit. Great app, other than the slight inaccuracies in speed readings (i was not doing 163 mph!)
Also, STOP geofencing when my data sharing is turned off! What’s the point?! Also I think the app should allow you have your location set to ‘While Using’ - at the minute if you select this it just doesn’t work at all even with the app open…Show lessMr. Denial

Hey there, thank you for your review, we're working on a fix for the speed issue and it will be available in the next update! As for the data sharing option, it is tied to the circle you're in, if you have multiple circles, you'll have to turn it off for all of them one by one. Our app relies on the location permission, so having the permission set to "While using" does not allow the app to do any of its functionalities in the background, although if the app is open, it is working as intended. After this last update, it seems I cannot “see” my son any longer. For the last several months, every time I try to log on and see where he is.. his icon is all greyed out with no updates. The first year, this never happened. I don’t understand what is going on. If he is able to just “turn it off” then why did I pay for the upgraded service?? I don’t know what he is doing, but he has figured out how to disable it (and then blame it on bad wifi)… which I know is not accurate.Show lesseltkdnwhtkd
