My experience with jawwal is really bad. It is the worst service ever. One of my phones number was on automatic bank payment and i discovered by chance that jawwal withdrew the same bill 2 times So i followed up with them over phone and they asked me to go to thier offices in person. I went and after 2 hours of waiting the teller told me that this was a mistake and they will correct it but i should go back to the office again after few days to pay me back. As you see it is there mistake and i have to spend my time to correct it not them. However, i asked them to change my account from automatic payment to regular prepaid account and teller told me that i can start this prepaid program in june 1st Today is june 1 st. I paid for 250 minutes but there was a problem because i did not recieve no minutes. The distributor tried to call jawwal but lines was so busy. After 10 minutes of waiting he tried again but also no response. He told me to call jawwal time after time to fix the problem. I tried and finally one teller responded but she told me that i should go back to the distributor. So i did it and the same happened ??!!!! Until this moment my personal phone have no monutes. In my openion this happens because here in palestine many people like me have no choice because we can not change the phone number due to alot of connection associated with this number. Jawwal knows this fact. So weather it is your falt or there falt ,you as a customer have to pay for it Time. Money. And more. I am writing this review hoping that some one may read this experience and be carefull not to have this same suffering. Have a good day
