Mindi is a popular card game filled with fun and intelligence. Mindi is a team-based trick taking fun card game. The objective of the game is to win tricks containing tens. Mindi is also known as Mendi, Mendhi, MindiKot, Mendhi Coat, Mindi Multiplayer, Dehla Pakad (means "Collect the tens"). Mindi is designed for four players playing in two partnerships sitting opposite to each other. The game uses a standard 52 card deck. The player who draws the highest card of all would be the first dealer. The dealer shuffles the cards and deals the hand. 13 card hands are dealt around the table. Game is split into two modes: Choose anyone and play for unlimited fun. Hide Mode- The player to the dealer’s right selects a card placing it to table face down which will be declared as trump suit for that play. Cut Mode- Play begins without choosing trump suit when the player is unable to follow suit then whichever he/she chooses becomes the trump of the deal. Once a trump suit is chosen for the hand, the highest card of the trump suit played to the trick wins the trick. If no trump card has been played to the trick, the highest card of the suit led wins the trick. The winner of each trick leads the first card to the next trick. Each captured trick should be kept in a face down pile of cards, gathered by the winner of the trick. If one partnership manages to capture three or four of the Tens, they win the hand. If the partnership manages to take all 4 Tens, this is called Mendicot. The winner of each hand scores one game point. The first team to score 5 game points is the overall game winner.
