can’t switch device
tried to switch device the fiftieth time, and it doesn’t work!The App is too Dumb
So. The idea for online banking it's supposedly be easy the life. That's not happen with the SantanderSign app. What happen if I do not have SMS signal- another option do not work, pretty sure, I tried it.
Then, if you use your iPad and Laptop, the SantanderSign in your phone doesn't help.Unable to install
Tried to install with 3 different browser and on 2 different phones nothing worked. called customer care, asked if they can simply send me a letter with the necessary code, support only told me it is my browser and hang up on me twice ! Most horrible experience in my 20 years of using online banking.Show less
