Unresponsive app
Unable to make Cukai Taksiran payment because the app is unresponsive and kept on “freezing”. Funny thing is the DBKL bill listed Pay@KL as the only means to make payment. How the heck am I supposed to pay then? 😡 payment services to the government agencies is in dire need to be upgraded!800Boo

Can be improved to be more user friendly.
The app should allow saving of assessment number to ease the repeat of checking and payment every half annually rather than having us to key in the assessment number every time when due for payment.boonchin12
