So upset over changes 😔

My children loved this app and collecting the ‘toys’. However, I ran out of storage on my iPhone 11 and had to offload the app for a while. When I could finally restore it, it no longer let them scan the QR codes. It told me to allow access to the camera in settings but there is no option there to do that. We keep trying and I’m tempted to delete the app and then download again to see if that fixes it but they have 40 saved characters and they’d never forgive me!

Hello! Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry about this inconvenience! Progress can be saved by registering your email in the Parental Section (top right corner there's a button in the main menu that will lead you to the settings). If you haven't registered your email, your progress will be lost. However if you still got the toys, you can send to us an email with a picture of the toys and we will try to send you all the QR codes back to you. In regards to the camera access, our team is aware of this issue and they are doing their best to fix it as soon as possible!

Great App. iPhone 12 Mini Camera not supported.

It’s a great app but for some reason I can’t scan any of the QR codes with my iPhone 12 mini. I get a message saying I should allow access to the camera but when I go to Settings > Applaydu > Allow Access, the only option is to allow access to photos. Worked fine on my old iPhone 6S.

Yeah that’s soo cool

This is so much fun try this game right now I keep on getting more in the first one that I got with my car and then zebra and now a frog this is crazy right now
I just got offf from my phone and I got it to the shop today I was told I have about that

Great game

Very good, loved how the kinder toys wud come to life and all that. Functions r amazing, liked the part when you cud paste pictures of the toys onto photos and all that. Overall it was a great experience with this app, thank you very much for developing this fun game. :)

It does not let my kids play with hulk in their story and please make the game better by letting the game allow my kids to play the story with all characters in the game get into the story my kids make

Bloody wicked

Incredible app! Downloaded not thinking much of it from the kinder egg, and was surprised with a world of joy and fun! The technology, the games, the skills acquired, the storytelling adapted to your character, the informative nature, and the ability to express creativity. We went on an adventure with Deborah the zebra and Leon the lion and got to read it back as a story. Nestle got nothing on kinder.

Great app. My kids love it. One problem is the app keeps exit itself after startup on both of my IPads. I had to delete and reinstall the app for it to work but after awhile the issue come back. Do you know the bug or have a fix for it?
