Bad Programers
This is not a knock on the business b it the programmers . Whoever they hired to make the app should get their money back . A high school student with basic programming skills can make a better app. Signed up and still can’t register me . Losing business cuz of incompetence

One year later and you still can’t log in or create a user. Same issues as listed by others.

App worthless! Says already a customer! (I am) but can’t access app as then eats nit recognized! What the heck!!!!!!!
Doesn’t work can’t sign up
Apparently you can’t sign up on the app like the emails they send you say. Can’t purchase anything on the app either because when you create an account, it sends you into an infinite loop of logging in then customer not found. Not worth the space on my phone
Multiple vehicles
I have 2 vehicles on a monthly plan. Can I have 2 vehicles under one sign in or do I have to set up a separate login for each vehicle?
