After paying 9.99 to start my subscription it forces me to pay more which is their definition of ripping me off. I’m not going to pay more for the subscription I already paid for at a reduced price. What was that developer thinking? I’m canceling my subscription in earnest!Enna689

Our app does not ask for payment when you have a subscription. If you want to use an existing subscription on another device, you must log in to the same account that paid for the subscription. When we asked for a screenshot or video of this behavior when communicating with you via email, you did not respond to us (after a week at the moment).Спасибо за хороший VPN

Было бы здорово если бы вы:
1. Показывали какой используется протокол при подключении, если стоит автоматический выбор.
2. Убрать время из окончания подписки — поставить только дату.
3. При использовании виджета не показывать экран приложения.
Новый дизайн выглядит довольно сомнительно — какой-то бабушкафон. Обратите внимания на приложения конкурентов — Mullvad, IVPN, Surfshark. У них очень локаничный и приятный дизайн, который придерживается гайдлайнов системы.

Hello.This is best VPN by my experience, thanks a lot for your work, guys! But there is one issue. I already have the subscription for few more months, but oftenly, when I want to turn VPN off, the button hides with new screen, that wants me to buy the subscription, and the only way to remove it - is to swipe off the app, then open it again and only after that I can use the button to turn VPN off.
