Thank you for updating Service Ally! We've been hard at work improving our app based on your feedback to create an even better experience for both our drivers and our customers. Included in this release: 1. An entirely revamped Earnings section, including the new Earnings Progress summary that allows you to keep track of your earnings for today, this week, and this month as you complete orders. We've also renamed subsections, headers, and added clarifying information to help answer the questions we get most frequently. 2. A streamlined driver support process that automatically funnels your questions to the appropriate internal personnel after you submit for reduced response times. 3. We've fixed the issue where restaurant names were not appearing on orders. We don't always receive this information from our partners, but if it is available, it will now appear throughout the delivery process. 4. We've added language translation capabilities. We are in the process of physically translating the various text elements in our app, but we now have the groundwork laid for rapid rollout of translations for many other languages. You can find the Language setting in More > Settings. 5. Streamlined notifications settings that better respect your preferences. 6. Numerous small fixes and improvements to make your experience better. Please feel free to submit feedback on how we can improve by tapping More > Support then tapping the chat bubble icon in the upper right corner.
