BONY运维平台的系统功能需求划分为八个部分：设备管理、维修管理、服务中心、保养管理、巡检管理、备品备件管理、统计分析、基础管理。设备管理：通过设备基础信息，设备使用过程中的维修、保养、巡检等工作以及设备相关的合同、供应商等信息管理，全面实现医院设备全生命周期管理。维修管理：包含维修中的报修、受理、派工、审核、维修、回访等过程管理。服务中心：通过建立信息枢纽中心设备维修/维护呼叫中心平台，接收报修单、并进行派单、回访等工作，同时实现对所有医院工单进度的后台监控。保养管理：实现设备的周期性保养计划和执行情况管理。巡检管理：实现设备的周期性巡检计划和执行情况管理。备品备件管理：维修过程中配件相关信息的统一归类管理，包括仓库管理、备件分类、备件信息、备件入库、备件出库、备件退库、备件调拨、备件报损管理、备件超存短缺预警、备件库存查询、备件盘点、领用人盘点等。统计分析功能：通过成本分析、设备绩效分析、满意度统计，对医院设备运行效益、运维工作情况进行评估。基础管理：支撑系统运行的个人信息、组织结构、排班管理、基础信息管理、权限管理、流程管理等。
