Poor reflection on the school
The school itself is fantastic.
Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for the app. The UX is terrible, the app is buggy, and the content is often incorrect. It usually requires a monthly reinstall to get the thing to work at all.
One would hope that the app would be a flagship product for the trust and give the parents a superlative experience beyond their needs.
