Terrible design
This is one of the most confusing apps I have ever used. I have other thermostat devices that have their own, respective app and have never been confused as to how to use the app to control or set the thermostat.This app, however, is poorly designed to the point that it is difficult to tell what the current temperature is, how to change the temperature temporarily or permanently, and how to use vacation functions. I’m using this app to keep a heater in a utility room at a certain temperature to avoid freezing pipes. The app is so confusing I don’t have confidence in what the current temperature is or that the thermostat will do an adequate job and protect in the area. The app also requires a weird, horizontal orientation.I don’t usually write reviews, but this particular app is so poorly designed and useless that I had to warn other potential customers. It’s garbage and needs to be fixed.
