Weird app, nearly always broken
Gets worse with each upgrade!
Now it sends out alerts even though the tracking page shows no updates and doesn’t recognise the EMS tracking number.theShines
Doesn’t work at all
The app doesn’t work and just has lots of warnings about being under maintenance. Perhaps test the app before going live in the future...Rebeccadmhill

คีย์เลขไป ก็ไม่ขึ้นอะไร คีย์ไปหลายครั้งก็ไม่ขึ้น คีย์ซ้ำก็บอกลงไว้แล้ว อยู่ดีๆก็ขึ้นบ้าง แต่ตอนนี้ไม่ขึ้นเลย เป็นสิบเลขแล้ว ยังดีแจ้งเตือนยังดังWhatlouis
Terrible app, doesn’t deserve 1 star
Standard Thailand, they had an app that worked, they’ve now replaced it with some rubbish that crashes every 10 seconds. Useless. The developers need shooting.jagburls
App ยังไม่เสถียร
- รูปแบบทั้งบนเว็บ และ App ยังดูยาก ไม่ค่อยสบายตา
- App ไม่มีการแจ้งเตือน ทั้งที่เปิดอยู่ (iOS 13.1.3)
- ล็อคอินเข้าเช็ค Tracking ไม่ได้ ต้องล็อคเอ้าท์ก่อน
- Tracking ที่ Add เอาไว้ ชอบขึ้นหลายอัน เหมือนมี Bug (iOS 13.1.3)
- พัสดุเข้า ศุลกากร โชว์ข้อความบอก
แต่พัสดุออกจากศุลกากรไม่มีบอก (แต่เช็ค Tracking จากเว็บต่างประเทศ บอกละเอียดทุกอย่าง อย่างมาตรฐาน)

App Doesn’t Work, Many Bugs
When I add an item to the tracking list it doesn’t show up. I try to add it again and I get a pop-up saying it’s already there. I get notifications for the items but I can’t view them on the list. The app needs some work.Galambpee

ตอนนี้เข้าแอปไม่ได้ครับ เข้าแล้วเด้งออกตลอด ทั้ง iPhone6s และ iPad Pro 2019 ครับ เมื่อเช้ามี notification มาบอกว่ามีพัสดุจะมาส่ง แต่ไม่สามารถเข้าไปเช็คในแอปได้ :(FreeWay1971

Does not operate as it should. Seems like a test App. If I’d have known App didn’t work I wouldn’t have paid for the tracking option. App needs fixing and testing!!tinklepuss

So they have recently updated their app, api and this mobile client but seemingly neglected testing entirely. So the application (meaning all of the apps above) don't work because their SSL certificates are unsigned. Nothing is translated properly either. It's like they've launched an early stage development version.Show lessSven Lito
