Not reliable
Sometimes it can’t find my boards, sometimes when I am instructed by support to reset my boards because they are stuck, I can’t add them back to the app. No feedback when you’re adding the boards to your WiFi, so you don’t know if it worked or not. I’ve been working with support for over a week trying to get two boards working properly. This app and the underlying services needs much more work to be reliable.Show lessJ Dawgalicious
Frustrating - Never Finds My Devices
I’ve tried re-loading this app every time they put out an update, but yet it still cannot find either of my two connected devices. I find this app to be very frustrating because there’s no reason my devices cannot be discovered. I can scan my network with no issues and discover my devices.
One would think the developers would give us users who are having discovery issues the option to point the app to our devices via an IP address, but NOPE!Show lessCallMeCmore
