Understand the impact of every workout on your body with Mio APP, as it delivers personalized analytics for Training Effect, Training Load, Training Status and Recovery Time metrics. The Mio APP also provides access to Apple HealthKit, Strava and Selfloops so that you can maintain your workout history there. The Mio APP connects to the new mioPOD - the heart rate training tracker. Pair your mioPOD with the Mio APP, select your desired training Heart Rate zones, and the MIO Cardio Pilot™ will prompt you to stay within your personal training intensity targets via haptic feedback and glanceable color light alerts.
