Rewards Broken
This app has a nice design and is easy to use and the food is great, but the rewards system is completely broken on the app. Over $20 spent in total and 0 points to show for it. Don’t create a rewards section that does not do anything.Cakeb K
App says reward is 1 point for every $1 spent.
This not accurate. I asked the store manager to look into this. She pretty much ignored me. I’ve spent close to $100 or more. It says I only have 6 points. This version of the app doesn’t accurately capture rewards. Ordering, is easy and seamless. 5 stars once this error is addressed/ fixed.Veep918

Rewards don’t work
The Purple Bowl app works great for ordering food but it is very frustrating that the rewards points (a) are not tracked in the app and (b) can not be used to pay for food in the app.L in Chapel Hill
