Crappie app that I paid for
Keeps asking me to purchase app although I’ve already done so. Gives me contacts to merge but won’t merge. Won’t show me duplicate photos or videos. Very disappointed.Sharon5657

Every time I try to use this it is asking me to purchase it again. What is wrong with this thing. Also I thought it would find the duplicates and discard them on its own. Instead it just collected photos and makes me go through each one and discard them. Very time consuming.jacquelinekay1958
