Awful, cannot connect
App keeps crashing
I bought my light stick a couple days ago and I have been trying to connect but the app closes after like 3 seconds of opening
Wonโt work anymore
At first my Carat bong would connect to the app but now I canโt connect it to the app at all
Current issue
It said to contact an administrator, the app doesnโt even work. Please fix this soon
Canโt connect
I had reinstalled the app onto a new device but the lightstick will not connect within the app. It is an official lightstick and I initialized it like the app recommended but it still wonโt connect.
Not working
I was in Vancouver concert 08-10-22 but this app wont connect to my light stick. I never had a chance to sync it during the concern so it was soo useless. ๐ฉ

I canโt even connect to it I bought unit from Weverse so itโs real

about a week and a half ago, when i first got my light stick (real, not fake), it connected!! but now, it doesnโt. i have tried resetting my phone, initializing the light stick, redownloading the app, turning bluetooth on and off, etc. the ver 2 app tells me that version info from the server is unavailable and to contact a manager

I just got my lightstick and i canโt connect it at all and I ordered it from WEVERSE so I know itโs real but when I open the app it doesnโt spin around the Bluetooth and wonโt connect. I go to a concert at the end of this month so please fix the app
Firmware (null) ?
I am able to connect my light stick on another phone but not my own. My app says โfirmware (null)โ and I donโt know how to update it.. I think this may be the reason it is not searching for Bluetooth devices..
