Problems logging in
I love the website and decided to try the app because why not? It’s more accessible! It was going pretty well and at some point when I changed my password and had to log back in it keeps saying the log in is incorrect! I’ve tried and double checked multiple times but it won’t work.
I went to try on the website and it worked just fine so I think it’s a problem on the app’s behalf.Show lessAries yonshell Marie

V2.0 is great
I have been using the old app for about a year and found it decent enough. The update is a vast improvement. It remembers where you were in a video, it helps access current courses. Would…I am recommending it if you have any of the Creature Art Teacher courses.rcdg-art

Prices through the app are NOT the same as via website
Be aware, if you use the app to purchase any courses you might find that they are MUCH cheaper via the website if they are on offer.
The app seems to only have the full price no matter what the website says.
Selling things for 2 different prices depending on how you’re connected is a con. For example right now the Charcoal drawing course is $5 on the website, I just went to purchase it on the app - $29.99!
Disgraceful business practice. Nobody wants to be cheated out of the current cheaper price.
Also, the app interface is clumsy and messy and just not a nice experience. The website isn’t much better either I’m sorry to sayShow lessBeridan Air

UPDATED RESPONSE 2/28/23 - Thanks to changes with Apple’s system we now have price syncing in place. Prices in app are same as website. Original Response: Hello thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, Apple’s system makes keeping prices in sync across multiple sites extremely difficult. Regarding your comments on the app a new version is coming soon.App is amazing but out dated
The app makes it super easy to get around and I will definitely continue to use it, but the new things aren't on it. You have to go to the website for new courses and products but when you get them they do show up in your lessons. I hope the creators will update it soon but regardless its a great app!Show lessjordy morty

Hi thanks for your feedback. We have an update coming out soon that will support in-app purchases. UPDATE 2/28/23: Happy to report that due to updates by Apple we are now able to keep prices in sync with website.Pretty easy to navigate, but no option to subscribe within the app
I really wish there was an option to subscribe to membership within the app and it is the one obvious disappointment with this app for me.Wwefan515
Cannot login
Tried everything. Deleting app and reinstall, changing password 3 times. I can login on the website but can’t login on this app.Tinyau113
