Tried to change The venue and it wouldn’t let me!Barruso1

Hi Barruso1, Sorry to hear you had trouble changing venue's. If you ever have trouble with the AusComply APP please feel free to contact our 24/7 help desk on 1300 226675 and our friendly staff will work to resolve your issue. I'm not sure what happened but please ensure you have allowed/switched on "Location Services" on your device for the AusComply APP and the system will recognise any nearby venues you're profile has access to. Depending on your level of access within the system, you can alternatively search for and access your venues remotely. Again we'd love the opportunity to help you resolve this issue.
