How do I contact costumer support?
No ways of contacting!!Pathetic, Time Consuming App!
This app has shown me a 90% failure rate. I have tried to use this app a number of times and each time I receive a “Payment Failed” notice. The endless hours of payment attempts is not worth the users investment of time. There is no support! Every time I “Messenger” the store about the app and the inability to pay, they simply write back that I need to uses the “SUKI” app. It is an endless circle of wasting my time when all I am trying to do is pay for some groceries. If I could give this app a 0.25-star, I would. I am currently trying to make a payment to LP Hypermart, after 27 attempts, I have still had no luck. I have tried nearly every form of credit and debit card. When you receive a “payment failed” notice, you will not receive a reason as to why it failed, nor will be able to chat or speak with someone as to why it failed.
Complete waste of everyone’s valuable time!
