Description of Absolute Control®
The Absolute Control mobile app brings the power and flexibility of the Absolute platform to your smartphone. Dynamically search for any device in your organization, monitor key security vitals and lock a device to render it completely inoperable, all through a few swipes on your phone.
Key features include:
* Search and lock exposed devices before company data and personal information falls in the wrong hands
* View the status of security controls at a glance like anti-malware and encryption
* Select from a library of previously created lock messages to assist in recovering the device
* Easily unlock the device once its located and no longer at risk, enabling the user to access the device again
The app requires a subscription to an Absolute product (Visibility, Control or Resilience). It is designed to leverage the capabilities of the Absolute platform and surface up mission critical controls to access while on-the-go or being away from your PC.
