The worst app in the history of the world
For some reason I cannot leave a review on the Google Play Store so I shall express my thoughts here. This app does not work and when it does work you have to disable the Google play security settings just for it to function. That is a big red flag. The developer is asking for a data breach for skirting Google’s security policies. There is no reason under the sun for the app to not work on my phone. The app even says at the very bottom that it is compatible with the phone. Yet, still broken. Imagine if peoples lives depended on this application working….

Simple design but often issues
I have been using this app almost daily since 01/2023. It is a nice and simple design, however it consistently has issues that the only fix I’ve found for, is to completely uninstall and reinstall it. I have had to do this probably 8-10 times since January to fix the issues. Still not too bad if uninstalling and reinstalling is all it takes to fix.
However, there are other issues that affect daily use such as; if you pend a unit ahead of time (as is typically required) but the client does not show for the appt, and then you go to remove the unit you had pended (as now you aren’t installing it), it then removes the placeholder and gives the user no option to add a placeholder back. This is one of many issues I have seen that limits the user to constantly needing to call into the HSR dept just for something as simple as pending a unit. I think there should be a way for the user to add placeholders or be able to add/remove devices more easily without having to constantly contact the HSR dept, thus wasting their time and yours.
Another issue is that if you use “dark mode” on your phone, you are unable to see the notes as the text and background are both black. You can only see notes with dark mode turned off on your actual phone settings. It would be nice if the developer made it so that it dark mode is on, the background is black but the text is white (opposite of dark mode off/default).
The app is buggy and missing many “normal” features of other technician style apps out there. It’s not bad, but definitely has some catching up to do.
